Kindness Poem by Mandy Lee

Kindness

Kindness has a bitter taste
after being used to artificial like
Its soft and gooey nature
so easily mistaken just for slime

Soft and feathery to the touch
still hurts on feelings raw
It is a strange and funny thing,
that the kindness of a stranger, should learn to scare me so.
