Indeed in the kingdom pain, the longer you live there the more you seem insane. Fantasy is a dance in it. It is hope in a twisted way. Sometime, someday. Dreams not so grey. But full of so much color. If you can't have it in real life why not? Dulling it in a land of make believe of things that could. Fiction is sometimes an alternative truth, one in which there is no pain. Eating bliss like it is a candy cane. The question is how sweet is too sweet. To far down the road of imagination too where you get lost and never come back. All this in the kingdom of pain. Great, beautiful, wise, inspiring poem.
