Kiss It Away Poem by Amy Stuart

Kiss It Away

My smiles fake, my heartbeats weak,

I look at you; you turn your cheek,

Different feelings, every time,

I cant even find the words to make it rhyme,

I miss your voice that rings in my ear,

Silent whispers replace the fear,

Sadness stops another day,

Its too bad it all went away,

I try to fight, even understand,

But my own voice I cannot even command,

I say wrong things, at different times,

You might say how I feel is a crime,

Now I’m babbling, please stop me now,

Please kiss away, until there’s no sound…
