Last Wish Poem by Shivam Singh

Last Wish

Let the love flourish in the valley,
O! Thou! Unseen Mighty.
Although, it has deep and dark,
Will thou hear the wail of mine?
Wondering among the hundred Worlds,
Center became the fathomless.
Will thou clean the spirit of mine?
O! Thou! Unseen Mighty.
Ah! It has not youth nor age,
Just numbers only numbers.
Except, love which seeks not.
O! Queen of my heart love me.
Love me till this world exists,
Come with me to seek solace,
Rush upon the pebbles on shore.
We creep into the deep mountains
To hide from the wail of the world
Where nobody can see us again.
Come! Live with me in this valley
Very soon have to go, path of glory.
Nobody has the coldness for,
So, love everything the way you are
Let the love flourish in the valley,
O! Thou! Unseen Mighty.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem is greatly inspired by Mathew Arnold. In this poem I've just tried to bring up the modern life with hopes and disillusionment. Love in present scenario is not possible without trust and respect but actually it's just a myth.
