Lavender Voices Poem by Diana Thoresen

Lavender Voices

The palms suppliced
In sunny radiance
Must mock
My cryptocrystalline cloister

Red ginger flowers
Speak in babel tongues
What of the distant lavender voices
That dull the pain?

My miscroscopic phantom
Is drinking in polarized light
To let the magma of the twilight
Set and cool below
