Le Mer Poem by Hunter The Stallion

Le Mer

the calm breeze awaits
complimenting with the morning sunlight
the blueish sea flows softly on the stones
men walk around in hurry

women wave their hands with tears in their eyes
while their kids scream words of love for those men
as they untie ropes
for Rosemary Starship start her dance

far away they'll go: the captain screams with pride
the men wave their hands, directed to the shore
aware of the missing in which their hearts await

far away they go: the free waves guide their thoughts
as their ship sails for the unknown
'are going back? ', one asks
'surely, the show has just started! ', says the proud captain

graciousness on the waves
the marines fallow the breeze
as the night approaches,
the dance of waves change its flow

'no land around, finally we're free! ', exclaims the captain
'free from what, exactly sir? ', questions a young marine
'free from men', he answers with the rest of naiveness he has
as a sudden move, Rosemary jumps on the waves

waves crashes, she loses balance
my beloved Rosemary desperately tries to stabilise
the marines run desperately, be careful boys!
the sea is hungry for souls

it clashes her, she flies a little bit
a pity, i say, wet shoes slip on the floor
sweat run on the face of a pride heart
'i have to save my beloved Rosemary'
