Lead the way, oh love, through uncertainty and demise
With your gentle touch, guide us through the unknown skies
Innovating structures of assurance and demand
With a glass sky of pride, above, we stand
Amidst the chaos, you are the beacon of light
Leading us forward, with all your might
Through the darkness, you shine bright as a star
A ray of hope, no matter how far
Your love, a force that knows no bounds
It knows how to heal, where there are wounds
With each step we take, you're by our side
Our trusted companion, our faithful guide
Through the trials and tribulations, you remain steadfast
As we navigate through the storm, you help us last
With each hurdle we face, you lend us your strength
Filling us with courage, no matter the length
Your love, a compass, pointing us in the right direction
A constant presence, in times of dejection
Through uncertainty, you are our certainty
A source of comfort, in times of adversity
And as we journey on, with you by our side
We see the structures of assurance, slowly come alive
With your love, we build a foundation strong
That can withstand any challenge, any wrong
As for demand, you teach us to ask
For what we deserve, without taking to task
You show us the way, to stand up and fight
For our beliefs, with all our might
Through the glass sky of pride, we see the world anew
With your love, we realize, all the things we can do
The limitations, we once set for ourselves
Disappear, as we reach for the stars
Lead the way, oh love, to a better tomorrow
A world filled with compassion, and devoid of sorrow
With your guidance, we can make it through
The toughest of times, with a renewed view
And as we look up, to the heavens above
Your love, like the sun, radiates pure love
Revealing the glory, that lies within us all
With your love, we rise, and never fall
For in your heaven, we find solace and peace
As our worries and fears, slowly cease
And in that moment, we know it to be true
That your love, oh love, is our guiding force, through and through
So lead the way, oh love, through all that is uncertain
For with your love, we are never burdened
But rather, we soar, and reach for the sky
With you by our side, we can never die
So let your love, guide us through
For we trust in you, to see us through
And when the journey is done, and we reach the end
We'll know in our hearts, that love was our only friend.
