Leap Poem by Lilyann Monahan

Leap

Eye a needle,
pick it up,
sew a rose,
place it in lockup.
tenderly sew your finger too,
all you feel is truly true.
There's nobody who has to see,
Sometimes blood is a mystery.
The release makes your heart so leap,
and the meaning is oh so deep.
