Life does not freeze itself for our comfort.
It does not pause so we can cling to a version of ourselves
that once felt safe...
We spend our lives trying to freeze time. We hold onto old methods, old identities, old victories,
and old versions of ourselves, fighting against the wind like fools, fearing the turbulence...
And we fight the wind...
Our life cannot remain still...
The person you were when you woke up yesterday?
Gone...
The circumstances you faced an hour ago?
They will never return...
Gone…
To fight change is to fight the ocean. You cannot stop the tide; you can only learn to swim.
Stop fighting the wind and learn to live within the gust...
Our lives cannot remain in permanence.
Not our thoughts.
Not our seasons.
Not even our fears...
Stop trying not to keep things as they were, but to appreciate the journey for what it is right now. Do not cling to the past, for it is merely a shadow that has already moved on...Gone...
Learn to live from the wind,
not against it...
You are not a statue. You are a river.
Let go of who you were...
Release the illusion of stillness.
Release the comfort of repetition...
The only moment that is real... is this one...
You are not here to preserve who you were.
You are here to design who you are becoming...
So when the wind rises,
don't resist it.
Grow through it... Fly with it...
