Lenten Efforts Poem by Margaret Moran

Lent is a time when we focus on redemption and salvation. our Lenten efforts show that we do acknowledge our great need of the compassion, love, and mercy of God. We try to show sorrow for our faults and for our sins and we pray to become more humble. The "Stations of the Cross"is the most concrete and specific way of showing our plea for forgiveness and reconciliation in preparation for the feast of Easter.
