Let your mind be like an empty cup
and wait to fill with 'what's up'
of new thoughts to push away the old
like fresh water flows out of mud in a pond

let your mind be like an autumn sky
and shine like the sun and never shy
with thoughts pure be stirred into action
like boats with good wind in the ocean

into the emptiness of the heart let virtues flow
with love, kindness and empathy let it glow
and let the hope twinkle like the twinkling star
to safely guide your sail ashore from far

in the emptiness of the soul let faith also dwell
and in the symphony of prayer let it forever swell.
