Letter To My Soulmate Poem by Lesiba Matlala

Letter To My Soulmate

Let me look at your optic
And stop sour liquid of sadness oozing from behind
Allow me to sneak stealthily in to you
To comfort your soul
from forlorn and devastating emotions

Let me carry you from tormenting event of summer days of this wicked world called our home
Lean on me I shall be your refuge of gladness until days of slumber

Sometimes when the night is active
I become lidless
Thinking of how exquisite soul you are
You are truly heavenly sent
Ever since I met you
I believe in the realm of love

There will be a time to misunderstood each other
However we should never allow ourselves to detach
And remain still and stuck together indefinitely.
