Letting Go - Poem by heroine bard
At the shore alone thinking of you baby.
I've realized you're not the only thing that makes me crazy.
Look up at the sky, thankful for you.
I know it's been great, but I need something new.
Just a glance at the stars catches my freedom I've been waiting for.
There's this amazing feeling that lights me up, away from the pain.
I know I have to get over it and theres something more.
Emotions finally spill out at the view of the eating horizon.
You've made me so happy in the past
But I'm trying to get over that.
I'm finally ready to let go at last.
Away and not heard
You're always what I've prefered.
Though moving on is the hardest part,
Now I'm ready for another life to start.
Our times together are still in my heart
And I'm not gona throw them away
Even if I don't love you today.
