Lies From Within Poem by Max D. Hornbogen

Why do people have lies, when they know it will consume them inside?
I guess we all have lies within our self’s. But never want to explain what it is that we are hiding. Maybe telling the truth is hard to do, but most people just don’t listen.

That is why, we don’t say anything. Having thoughts or doubts, just means that we are only human.

But who said anything about keeping lies to protect the ones that we love, only even the truth hurts when it is out.

Keeping secrets is sometimes hard & easy. Just only you have to work at.
But to order to keep these inside must mean you have to contain it from within you.
The trick is, don’t let any emotions cloud your judgment.
