Life Poem by Mackenzie Loyd

For new experiences call for a new chapter.
And recent mistakes take upon a moment of awakening.
Through the many tears
and bundles of laughter,
my view has been changed
based on the consequences,
the before and after.
As rebellion took advantage of me
and I very much let it,
I learned a lot
and my innocence had been hit,
but sitting in a moment of realization
I now know what is right,
as I will work for goodness
though it may be one tough fight.
