Life Poem by angel marie

as i sit here in class
waiting for my teacher to come in
i watch out the window
as the world changes within
kids playing outside
playing on monkey bars and swings
kids playing everywhere
doing so many things
leaves from trees
falling to the ground
soft as a whisper
no one hears a sound
a bird up in a tree
chirping a song
making a little girl wonder
if she wants to sing along
so many things happen
in this world we know of today
like how living things grow
each and everyday
sometimes it can amaze you
of what all you can see
everything changes
just like you and me
