Life Is Like A Rollercoaster Poem by Moon Lighting

Life Is Like A Rollercoaster

The journey of life, how uneven the path is;
The story of destiny, how newly its unraveling;
So was I there, So was I here,
Time and the passing of it,
Life is like a rollercoaster

A newborn child filled with hopes and enthusiasm;
A lad absorbed in dreams and optimism,
Soon buffeted by challenges, by the struggles of life,
How the path seemingly smooth gets distorted,
How the straw of hope draws to its stretch,
A problem introduces a man to himself,
Life is like a rollercoaster.

Not so long did my mind begin to wonder the story of life,
Perhaps it poses a riddle, maybe a confounding puzzle,
The journey of life sometimes is unprecedented,
Only a man leaned on God gets a help,
The guidance of the Heavenly Presence,
Echoes His word, 'Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.'
Life is like a rollercoaster.
