Life Is Music - Poem by Maverick Jones
A world without music would not be a happy world,
just thinking about it makes me want to hurled.
Music keeps the insane people sane,
easier to wash away the pain with the rain.
Music is for everyone for from the homeless man kicking a can,
to the rich girl wearing pearls.
Music helps us through hard times,
sometimes pushes us to work harder and start to grime.
Music changes our emotions with one word or one line,
we can go from being on the verge of crying to being happy and fine.
Music is always there for you even when no other is in your corner,
or when your walking down the streets feeling like a forigner,
Music isn't a way of life it is life.
Without music, school work wouldn't be study,
and rednecks wouldn't get there trucks as muddy.
Houses wouldn't be as clean.
or body builders as lean.
Life is music.
