Lightly Poem by Mark Beal

Lightly

Lightly

Love Thine Enemies and pray for them
for who among us has cast out every demon from within?
and we are no better than the ones we harbor
having the power within to put them out
and we are
our own worst enemy
and to every man woman and child I say today
let us all repent and pray for each others mercy
for the death and the words of our Lord is no small thing
and many take them lightly
