Lonesome Death - Poem by magda olvera

There walks a lonely woman
In the night,
FEARLES;
For she is death.
She looks for a lover
Thats married to life.
She'll steal him away
With a passionate kiss.

Her beauty is like no other,
her voice sings you a melody;
And her smile takes you in.
But her kisses,
her sweet, sweet kisses
destroys you and sets your soul free.

But god when i gazed into her eyes
I fell inlove with her
''Don't look for me,
She said, 'Or sneak up behind me
with your game of suicide,
Or i'll push you down to hell'

She stalks me in my dreams
And whispers in my ears.
She hides in my thoughs
And plays with my mind.
This woman has me controled
Like a dog on a leash
She is the player
And i am her game.

Why am I afraid
Of this lonesome whore
If all she wants
is love?

(But her love
Is pain and regret.)
