Long Way [ Searching For You]

I can't find the right words to express myself to you,
As I write this piece of art
I do wet my script with tears
watering my eyes,
How can I remain quiet with the love you've shown me? .

I feel honored to be part of your life,
You took away my sorrows
And decorated my life with colors of hope,
For you've planted the seed of hope in me and it started to grow,
Like a farmer, you kept watering it with words that kept me going.

Even though the world was throwing lemons at me
And never gave me sunshines,
But you the reason why I looked at life in a different eye,
I thankyou for investing your precious time in my life,
I am grateful for choosing to love me
the way I am.

I never treated you well I know, we had
arguments as couples do,
I admit I disappointed you many times
But you remained patient to me,
Last time we had arguments and went separate ways, I thought I've lost the love of my life,
I am glad we fixed things like matured couples do, and God kept us together

I love you,   for your caring heart and
I appreciate you for the support you kept giving me,
For the best memories you shared with me,
For your patience when I was disappointing you,
For being there for me when I needed you.

I thank you for being a good listener
when I needed an ear,
You never judge me or give me attitude,
I am grateful for the love you gave me.
