A day without God is like a day without love

who are we to ignore him? he has given us what we have

he is not selfish and he does not ignore us

everything that we own, he gave what he has.



So Lord, all that i am, i am yours

even up till my last hours

your light has guided me in my darkest times

your love has guarded me from committing crimes



You lift me up when i do not have the strength

you help me walk roads to the greatest length

you have sent your angels to guard me

you have helped those who cannot see



I haven't walked astray

for you have swept me away

away from trouble and pain

you taken my soul from the rain



I trust my soul in you oh Lord

save me from the devil horde

darkness is nothing for you are light

your love is greater in any height.
