Lost Dawn Poem by Robert Mutsaers

Lost Dawn

With beauty seized on the other side,
I tempered with desire.

In fate and upon our craze's retreat,
I cared less for my own perfection.

In love and born with life's defeat,
I minded more for natural selection.

With beauty annexed on a dark slide,
I fallowed to admire.
