Love Poem by The Power_Palace.Poet_Union.Order Sir.

Love

Love is cruel pain; a cold liar it be,
Blind and unjust, it deceives you and me.
It promises joy and endless delight,
But in the end, it's just a painful plight.
It whispers sweet words and paints a pretty scene,
But behind the facade, lies a heart that's mean.
It entices us with its alluring charm,
But beware, for it can do us great harm.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar indeed,
It plays with our emotions, makes us plead.
We yearn for its touch, its tender embrace,
But little do we know, it's a toxic space.
It wraps us in its warm, comforting hug,
But soon we realize, it's just a bug.
A bug that bites and leaves us in despair,
Leaving us wounded, with a heart beyond repair.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar, it's true,
It makes us believe in things we never knew.
It shows us a world filled with hope and bliss,
But in the end, it's just a Judas kiss.
It creates illusions, a mirage of love,
But once the veil is lifted, it's like a push and shove.
Pushing us to the edge, then pulling us back,
Leaving us confused, under its cruel attack.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar, no doubt,
It breaks us and tears us, leaving us devout.
Devout to its power, its hold on our heart,
Blinding us to the truth, tearing us apart.
It plays with our minds, makes us believe,
That it's the one thing we need to achieve.
But it's a cruel game, a never-ending chase,
And we're the pawns, lost in its wicked maze.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar, it seems,
Making us lose ourselves, in its selfish dreams.
It makes us forget who we truly are,
Leaving us with a painful heart, a lingering scar.
It promises forever, but delivers pain,
A never-ending cycle, again and again.
It leaves us in darkness, with no light in sight,
A constant battle, between what's wrong and right.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar in disguise,
Blinding us with its beauty, its perfect lies.
It turns us into fools, fools for love's game,
But in the end, it's all just a cruel shame.
So be wary of love, its sweet but false call,
For it's a cold liar, that's waiting to enthrall.
It may bring us joy, but it'll also bring pain,
A never-ending dance, in the pouring rain.
Love is cruel pain; a cold liar, it's true,
But we still fall for it, despite all we knew.
For its allure is strong, its grip is tight,
Leaving us helpless, in the midst of its fight.
But one day, we'll learn, to see through its disguise,
And break free from its chains, to reach for the skies.
For love may be cruel pain, a cold liar indeed,
But we're stronger than that, and we'll eventually succeed.
