Not so very sure about the causal relations between Love Loves But Loves Not Me' and other lines. But feel it is sad if one only loves 'love itself' rather then the 'loved one'. Perhpas it is a permanent debatable theme about 'Love Loves' or 'Love me'. Perhaps, we all love loves to some extent, but the loves must be carried by someone and we must love the someone. Otherwise, the love or loves wont last forever, cause it has no carrier, and will fade away like air. Well, not sure if I understand this poem correctly. Anyhow, it is well done and contains thoughts in depth.
