Lucid Poem by Shaun Jeffreys

Lucid

Walking down a long winding road,
Of a life that's deserted,
Chaotic problems,
That are evenly diverted.

Blank mind,
Which drives you insane,
Same diverted problems,
All over again.

When's it going to stop,
This baffling nonsense,
Wanting to have a lucid mind,
That doesn't deal with things so immense.

Changing how you think,
And how you want to be perceived,
What your mind is thinking,
Is what you've believed.
