Sleep sweetly,

as you do,

dream lovely,

as you seem,

for in the night,

in the dark,

breathing in,

a fabled sin,

etched,

out of skin,

stories within,

a sleepy mind,

that never minds,

where in,

a moments,

time,

perhaps,

a lovers rhyme,

or even,

of a lonely time,

rainy nights,

misting,

thoughts,

drift,

shifting,

out and in,

shapes,

to and fro,

sometimes,

they grow,

other times,

they fade away,

like shadows,

of memories,

times and tides,

you never know,

what the ride,

fueled,

fired by,

imaginations side,

close your eyes,

perchance,

soulfully dance,

without a care,

if you dare.
