Madagascar Periwinkle Poem by Pamela Storch

Madagascar Periwinkle

Periwinkle flowers,
In the finest shade of pink,
Enduring love and friendship,
Guarding black emboldened ink,

A flower seal of purity,
For truth it must reveal,
Igniting inner wisdom,
Immortality can heal,

The flower of the virgin,
And the everlasting bride,
A crown of sacred flowers,
For in time no more reside,

The kingship calls its essence forth,
Unites magenta love,
And so what has been left behind,
Reveals itself above.
