Malcolm X. Poem by Ologunde Joshua Abiodun

Malcolm X.

'We declare our right on this earth,
To-be given the right(s) of an human being;
To be respected with allegiance to God
And on this day, we intend to bring it into existence
By any means necessary'.
This are the words of the Great Afro-American,
Who has refuse to be Negro a longtime ago.
He was told, 'the Black can only do poor working'
No! We swallow not: We're Blacks' and proud of it.
A strong, bold, energetic, vocal in discourse!
But later betrayed by His own people.
What a wicked world with wicked people!
The earth swallowed the flesh of a Gallant Afro-American
May 19th, The World remembers a bold Gallant Activist...
