Many Of Us Try Poem by Mamello Maighmeekie Sello

Many Of Us Try

Many of us try
To make it and stay at the top
We hustle trying to make the money
Some even commit crime
Just for the love of the fame
To get by and put food on the table

Consequences are never thought of then
'Cause nothing beats the odds of hunger
The bigger it gets
The more evil it builds
Many of us try
But we never seem to get that chadder

Many of us try
To stay calm in every situation
Sometimes use our instincts
To bring out the best out of our enemies
But never seem to succed

Many of us try
But it seems like its never enough
Enough to go by for the month
Enough to make a living
Neither the less here we are
Trying to the best of our abilities
MANY OF US TRY
