Masob Children Poem by poet virginus ndubuisi

Masob Children

MASOB CHILDREN
Masob children are like,
Masquerade tree,
Its maturity takes longer period,
Of time,
But it is as,
Beautiful as a queen after maturity,
It is hard to plant and,
Taking care of,
But is as sweet as a honey after germination.
It is difficult to bend and,
Shake,
And it attracts the ozone layer.
Its fertilizer is access in,
The ground.
It is as huge as Ijele masquerade,
And also as tall as Izaga masquerade,
Tell,
The horticulturists,
Not to cut its veins,
For they are necessary.
But tell the gardeners to watch,
Them very well.

Tell the innocent children,
Not to stay too closer,
To them,
For they are like don't touch,
Flowers,
And tell the passer- byes,
Not to play with them,
For they are as busy as bees
And as wise as,
King Solomon,
Masob,
Masobs are like nursery school children,
They pass through nursery one,
Nursery two and nursery three,
Before graduating to primary one,
After which they obtain their,
Primary school certificate,
And proceed to higher institutions,
But when they are through,
The C.E.O releases a letter,
Of no vacancy.
Why?
Why are you depriving us our fundamental human right?
When will it be our own?
