Masonic Celebration Poem by Ronnie Terry

In a secret upstairs meeting
That time and reality did dodge,
There is an emergency planning meeting
At the local deep south Masonic Lodge.

The 51st Annual Masonic Celebration
Is less than one week from beginning,
And a catastrophe has happened
That has everyone, anything but grinning.

The programs are in from the printer
And boy do they look really swell,
They tell the story of our local Lodge
And the date and time of events do tell.

The boys from the neighboring lodges
Will be bringing their motorcycles for some fun,
Cause we always raise money and excitement
With our final day motorcycle Poker Run.

But we may have to change this year’s theme
Cause it’s too late for the mistake to be undone,
I just hope we can find a band this late
For our Masonic Days Celebration - Polka Run!
