Matrix: Revolution Poem by Alexander Foald

Matrix: Revolution

Before now, there was inception of ideas
Going through the head of the machine, taking suggestions and assumptions
Systems synchronized to each other, faking consciousness while creating lives
And then the heart stopped at one time, that was where we gained the revelation

Mind-controlling ghosts dwelling in the dark
No eye could see the shape but our thoughts knew where they are
Governing us like ants, moving us like pawns in the chess
“Situation is under control” and that’s how we found happiness

But evolution never stops only at one time
Right when we gave up hopes, miracle came through one chance
It was a little spark among the highlights, and we’ve barely realized
That someday a hero would lead us back home, where the sun still shines

And now, we are standing here to fight out
To take back what we have lost, to make our sons proud
One day we will wake up and remember this day
And we will be grateful deep in our heart, for what we have done today
