The head of the family.
On all sides you lead.
Our confidant and savior.
Without you we bleed.

Heart attack took you away,
Year was 1997 I remember.
December 18 was the day,
When gone means forever.

Long gone from my life,
Never absent from my heart.
Memories won't fade,
Death won't keep us apart.

Our bond will remain the same.
I write to honor your name.
Your death will not be in vain.
In my heart forever you'll remain.
