May Talk Too Much Poem by DR.GENNY ANDERSON

May Talk Too Much

Alone is
not lonely
Or so it’s said
Conversation
with one’s self
Is tonic
for the soul.

Bestowing
wonder
and fear.

The urgent
need to
understand
before
your firefly
fades.

It’s almost
funny when
you think
It’s almost
sad when you feel
Perhaps love
is the answer.

Often seen
yet seldom found
And once
found is
seldom
nourished.

For
two
alones,
may
talk
too much.
