A meritable and moving tribute to this very special Day...One that I'm afraid that over the last 40 -50 years has ostensibly lost its all-worthy respect, commemoration and Thanks.... My Dad was & will always be my hero...he passed in '08 at 86...He was a radioman on Guam, in WW I I...thankfully, like your Dad, mine too made through and back home...Or else I wouldn't be writing this comment! Our America I feel will be alright, so long as the next group of crucial decision makers are leaders who will do whatever it is necessary to protect this country
without limitation. When I think of the 4,000 men/women who gave their young lives away for a victory that was literally allowed to be taken away less than a decade later by a gang of thugs who we were warned about 12 years ago...it makes me sick..Sorry for the ramble-on.........Tom, job well done ~FjR~
