"This trial is so hard, this climb is exhausting"
Excuses we make for mediocrity's sake
When the going gets tough, the tough get going
Without fail we can do it if we put our minds to it

"This will take way too long…I don't know if it's worth it"
Worth what? All the time that's invested has an award that's been tested
Be engaged in something more than just a fleeting dream
Things of everlasting value take more muscle and sinew

You were born to be great
Not the rank of "second-rate"
Worse yet is "get by"
Go stretch your arms out and fly!
