Congratulations! This is a small poem but very sweetly expressed with broadness of love. Without writing anything you have written many things. At every day and at every night we miss God, our eternal love and at the same time we remember him. A philosophical poem is shared is really perfect poem of the day...10 (Report) Reply

When you miss someone a few words say it best.
No need for elaboration. It's as simple as I have nothing else to say.
Because all the words in the world could not say it.
It's funny Alina I have always loved red roses and always associated them with loss.
This poem is strangely comforting for me to read today. Thank you

Alina, succinct poetry is difficult to master. It appears that you're well on your way to mastering it. Congratulations on Poem Of The Day. (Report) Reply

If I had six fingers on each hand I could count the words in this poem on my fingers and my toes. Enclose it printed prettily on hard cardstock paper, put it in an envelope and address it to my wife. My life was made for just such moments briefly framed as grandiloquent statements hallmarked for humanity. (Report) Reply

Lantz, you old romantic. It is so true that sometimes words add up. This poem says all that it needs to.
