Mother Poem by shab nimz

Mother

I need to take a step,
not forward but backwards.
because, the bitter past times
haunts me like a blizzard....
for misleading you in need.
lullabies you sang
spins around my head
reminding me of how
I sang arioso of agony
letting you weep.
and now... you
lying cold and calm like a bride,
ready to rest a gloomy eon,
I, prayong for alibis
regret and seek for you
to never let you down and weep when gone..
