Mother Poem by Adeleke Oluwafemi

Mother

Autoplay next video
She has been there from the onset;
even if it has to be with her last breath;
and I had no knowledge yet;

Mother, I love you more than you can see;
when all friends and families flee;
you still have me under your knee;

If it wasn't for you, I never would;
when nobody understood;
oh mother! you still played your motherhood;

Mother you will surely reap the fruit of your labour;
so I pray to the creator;
and then be clothed with honour;
Oh! my dear mother!
