My Choice - Poem by Antonia Nasi
Innocence lost in this age of complication,
It's now high time that I take some action
Against the hell that rages inside,
By these primal laws, I can not abide
For who I am
And who I'm meant to be...
I chose my course very wisely
Far from the norm
From which I was born,
It is now my choice...
Not to conform
