My Dear Mum Poem by kewulere alfanla

My Dear Mum

Why won't i praise you my lovely mother?
She who act so dear likeness to a father
What is this life for real, without you
Life wouldn't worth living that's true

What would have become of me if not u
If u aren't there to see me all through
Where really would I have been
If not for u who teach me d deen

If i had realized your effort so fast
The fake me wouldn't av come in d past
I wouldn't have act like a Kidd
I would av act upon best of deeds

O! Mum I wouldn't have made you cry
Only if I had known you really tried
I would have helped yu and give myself
I wouldn't have act really like a deaf.

O! mum I made a vow to pay back all u did
Though I can't repay you all you feed
But I will try my best to make you laugh
den u will realised you're my better half
