My Love For You Poem by June Gray

My Love For You

Rating: 5.0

she says,
oh, but my tummy,
oh, but my thighs,
oh, but my size

i love it all
its not a lie
its seeing things in a different way
its not that she's not pretty
i could look at her all day.

the sparks which collect
in the bottom of my belly
the thrill that races
turns my legs to jelly
i never knew that a single touch
could be so deadly
or so lovely
truly
you don't need to worry

but you don't need to please me
you don't need to flaunt or to tease
it's enough that you are you
and that is all i need
i love you, baby.

and another thing
'she' doesn't sound quite right
but ill love you as you are
no matter what label
and whether it fits quite right

i know it's your parents
and that's alright
i know you for you
even if they need some time.
