My Solitude Poem by ice johnson

My Solitude

Rating: 2.7

It was love from then
He was my solitude

He was a dark prince
With eyes so deep ocean blue
It made no difference if we were white or black
What we shared was hatred and love for one another
that only mattered

I followed him cause it was love
We hid away from earth and secretly lived in the night
I slid my arms to his chest and lay at his rest
And I kissed him only once
He was my solitude

The world gave up on us you see
The world didn't understand our love
My baby never talked to others except us
I loved him and I told him all the time

We remained quiet forever
but we showed emotion to one another in solitude
