My Sweetangel - Poem by Zaria Fallenrise

Oooooohhhhhh oooohhhhhh
Baby I know that this distance sets us apart
But I know someday….no….one day
I'll close that distance when I bring you in my arms….

Every time I close my eyes, I can only catch a glimpse of you,
Your dark hair, your sweet smile and your big brown eyes,
But when you turn around, you begin to fade away like a memory
But one I'll always keep because in my dreams
You are my SweetAngel…

Ooooooohhhhhhh ooooooooohhhhh
Baby I know that there's this distance between us
But one day I'll close that distance
When I bring you in my arms….

I can hear you breathing while I pull you closer,
I feel your heartbeat against mine own,
And your warmth is melting the ice of my heart inside,
The softness of your skin is smoother than a diamond or flower,
Your personality is more beautiful than any gem in the world,
The kindness in your eyes,
The sweetness of our first kiss…

Now every time I close my eyes,
The distance is gone
Our hoods are up as we kiss
You'll always be a dream that'll one day come true and reality
Because now I open my eyes, I see you,
My SweetAngel

Poet's Notes about The Poem

This poem/song tells from a story how two lovers who have never met but saw each other in dreams and one of them is willing to cross the distance to close it and bring their soulmate to them. This poem is happening right now with a personal friend of mine who is in love but no matter what others say my friend is very persistent to meet their love. The poem shows what some people in love with do in order to be together with their soulmate thats why i wrote this poem to put their story into a heartfilled romance poem almost like Romeo and Juliet the famous StarCrossed Lovers but the StarCrossed Lovers i met wont die because their love for each other keeps them alive.
