Mystery Dog Poem by khirishka albury

I can't find my way
I've been wondering on this path all day
I scream and shout
But it seems no one can hear
I pout and pout
Then eventually I get on my feet again

I look around
I see the same pebbles I dropped
Will i ever be found? ? ?
A dog came running
His wagging tail
His sorrowful wail
I find him to be friendly
But then he left me
Left me all alone again

And i say ' Oh, what a good friend! '
I sit on a log and wail
I wish I could see my friends
My family
Has anyone started looking for me

I fall asleep on that same log
Not only to be awakened by screams of my name
It was my family I rejoiced

Not only to find the same dog
Ho had he done it? ? ?

A mystery I'll never know
But now I'm safe
And ready to go home
I tried to get him to come
But my mystery dog decided to walk alone
