Nature's Speech In The Four Seasons

B Mohammad A.Yousef

Spring whispers softly,
a gentle brush of warmth,
like a secret shared among flowers
as they spread their petals wide,
unfurling colors—
pinks, yellows, and greens,
the earth waking from its slumber,
the soft croak of frogs
joining the chorus in puddles,
filling the air with hope,
new life unfurling like the wings of a fresh butterfly,
every bud and leaf,
a promise of what's to come.

Summer sings loudly,
a bright melody on sunbeams,
crickets chirping in the late light,
the laughter of kids echoing
down dusty paths,
means long days of golden sunlight
like honey dripping through fingers,
the scent of warm earth after rain,
and wildflowers swaying to soft breezes,
where every breath feels rich,
birds darting, excited and alive,
painted with the bright tones of joy.

Autumn speaks in whispers,
as leaves turn the color of fire,
gold and rust falling like secrets
from ancient trees, kindling dreams
that dance on the breeze,
the crunch underfoot, a soothing sound,
as nature prepares for sleep,
the air grows cooler and crisp,
apples hang thick like promises,
and farmers gather the crops,
harvest scents mingling with the sharpness
of fading light, everything feels layered,
a time to reflect,
to gather close.

Winter shouts in silence,
a blank canvas draped in white,
where every twig wears its thick coat,
and air is frost,
breath visible, a puff of thoughts
lost in the icy wind,
snowflakes swirl like whispers from above,
as nights stretch long,
and the stars glitter sharp and clear,
inside, warmth wraps us up,
stories shared beside the fire,
as nature rests,
awaiting the first hint of spring.

Through these changing layers,
each season unfolds its tale,
and nature speaks in colors,
in sounds, in the sweet sense of life—
ever cycling, ever reminding us
that change is the heartbeat of the world,
and through all its shifts and transformations,
it whispers the truth,
that every end is just a beginning,
waiting to be unveiled
in the next breath of time.
