I can see you in the night
I can see you in my dreams
I can see you in my arms so it seems
where are you now for all I know
You fly with the wind so you must go
I miss you and wish you were here
so we could spend time together
Just you and me. I can't help the fact
That I see you every time I sleep.
There you go again I'm asleep as I
see you in my mind every time I close
Eyes you are who I find. So when are
You coming over so I can make you mine.
Sometimes I pretend that you step out of
my dream and into my life but then I wake
Up and realize, Not quite. The night covers
me like a blanket as I lay down in my bed
I close my eyes and your all I see in my head.
I ask God where can you be and how come your
not here he said 'You'll be here soon so have no
fear 'So until then I just think of you when I sleep
and see you in my dreams but I sure wish you were
here so I could hold you in my arms
So it seems.
