No Need Poem by Tajma Hall

No Need

though he would
foster best attempts
that should he
though he shoulder
at does; lack this bowl
on whether for intent
thoughts that clever
his flawed best interests
a faulting behavior
cement this empty
drawn soul nor need
a charted mounting
yet clever as gold
is in a sense
his best chance
