Nothing Matters Poem by Emmanuel Arunee Mwanza

Nothing Matters

Nothing matters
Be it small or huge a situation one may be in
Or short, thin, fat, and even as big a person may be
No matter how tough or weak a person is
Nothing matters but the four letters; L O V E
Love is all that matters

Riches are even useless when love is in control
As without love nothing works
Slowly those who don’t love, loneliness kills
Love only builds success, laughter, hope,
If one is to live successfully then s/he better love
Since without love everything is ineffectual

Only having you in my life matters
I may go a day without money
A day will pass without sleep
But nothing will matter as long as you are with me

Even if all people cry, let alone others laugh
But having you, all the tears I would meet won’t matter
The laughs would be meaningless without you
Thus I write to tell you that I am happy, happy having you
Am with you, nothing but loving you matters
